How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. We offer free delivery worldwide on all orders over £100. Within the UK, orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. This takes 1-2 working days to arrive. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail which takes 10-15 working days.
Please note, these delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are out of our control. For example, your international order could take longer to arrive if it is delayed at customs.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £100. For purchases under this amount, the following charges apply:
Standard UK: £2.95
Special Delivery: £9
International: £10
Do I have to pay any duties or taxes?
For international orders shipped outside the UK, duties and taxes may be applicable when your item reaches customs. Emilia Rae Jewellery does not cover this cost and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges.
If an item is returned due to unpaid taxes, your refund will be processed minus any postage costs incurred.
US customers. Shipping includes duties paid so there are no unexpected costs when your jewellery arrives.
My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear your order has been delayed. Please contact us via info@emiliarae.co.uk as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Can I return an item?
Eligible* items can be returned for a full refund, unused and in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Return postage costs are not covered by Emilia Rae Jewellery.
*Please note, earrings are EXCLUDED from this policy due to hygiene reasons.

CARING FOR YOUR EMILIA RAE JEWELLERY
We use high quality plating on all our jewellery. As many of our pieces are made with a brass base, the plating may fade over time. To ensure your jewellery maintains its shine for as long as possible, it’s important to treat it with care. Here are some basic tips to guide you:
Avoid getting your jewellery wet.
Remove before bathing or showering.
Avoid direct contact with perfume and lotions.
Remove your jewellery before sleeping.
When not in use, store in jewellery pouch provided.
Remove before exercising.
Clean and polish with a soft cloth.
