Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. We offer free delivery worldwide on all orders over £100. Within the UK, orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This takes 1-2 working days to arrive.
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail which takes 10-15 working days.
Please note, these delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are out of our control. For example, your international order could take longer to arrive if it is delayed at customs.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Eligible* items can be returned for a full refund, unused and in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Return postage costs are not covered by Emilia Rae Jewellery.
*Please note, earrings are EXCLUDED from this policy due to hygiene reasons.
Care
How should I care for my jewellery?
We use high quality plating on all our jewellery. As many of our pieces are made with a brass base, the plating may fade over time. To ensure your jewellery maintains its shine for as long as possible, it’s important to treat it with care. Here are some basic tips to guide you:
- Avoid getting your jewellery wet.
- Remove before bathing or showering.
- Avoid direct contact with perfume and lotions.
- Remove your jewellery before sleeping.
- When not in use, store in jewellery pouch provided.
- Remove before exercising.
- Clean and polish with a soft cloth.
Duties & Taxes
For US customers - do I have to pay duties or taxes?
No, all applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by us (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP), so there are no unexpected customs charges to pay upon delivery.
You can shop with confidence knowing that all customs charges are taken care of before your order arrives.

Our Pearls
We select freshwater pearls for their beautiful lustre, soft iridescence and natural character. From perfectly rounded pearls to more organic, individual shapes, each is chosen for its unique beauty.
As a natural material, subtle variations in shape, size and colour are part of what makes every pearl special.
Our Plating
We believe the finishing touches matter. Our jewellery is thoughtfully finished with high-quality precious metal plating, chosen for its beautiful colour, radiant shine and lasting quality.
14k Gold Plating
Our gold pieces are plated with genuine 14k gold, with a minimum thickness of 1 micron for enhanced durability. Each piece is then finished with a protective e-coating, an additional layer designed to help preserve its beautiful finish, improve scratch resistance and extend its longevity.
Rhodium Plating
Our silver-toned pieces are finished with rhodium, a rare and precious metal from the platinum family, prized for its brilliant, silvery-white shine and resistance to tarnishing. This durable finish provides an additional protective layer, helping to maintain the jewellery's beautiful appearance over time.
