Retailer Application:

To apply to set up a wholesale account, please email us at wholesale@emiliarae.co.uk with the following information: 

• First & last name 
• Company name
• Contact phone number
• Email address
• VAT number (if applicable)
• Shipping address
• Billing address
• Website url

Once we’ve approved your application, we'll email you our wholesale catalogue and you’ll be able to place wholesale orders with us.

Terms and conditions:

First wholesale order minimum value £200 (Ex VAT)

No minimum value required on future orders

Wholesale prices are displayed excluding VAT

Order Process & Cancellation:

• Orders are submitted via email to wholesale@emiliarae.co.uk please include product SKU, Product Name, Size, and Quantity.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or amended

Payment terms:

• Upon order receipt, Emilia Rae Jewellery will issue a Proforma invoice via email.
• For your first order 100% upfront payment is required before shipment.
• From processing of your second order, you will be placed on account. You will be invoiced with a strict payment term of 30 days after despatch of goods.
• Payment is via BACS only.

Pricing Policy:

• Retailers must sell Emilia Rae jewellery at our listed retail price or higher.  
• Our wholesale pricing is subject to change at any time.
• Products can be discontinued at any time. 

Shipping:

The majority of our stock is ready to ship and will take 1-2 working days for processing. For items that are out of stock and are on pre-order, it can take up to 4 weeks to ship.

International shipping:

International shipping costs start at £20. We ship via Royal Mail International (for order values under £250) or DHL/FedEx (for order value over £250+). International shipping costs will be charged at cost. Duties and taxes are not included.

Packaging:

• All luxury pink branded gift boxes and cream microfibre jewellery pouches are included in the wholesale price.

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are permitted. If a product is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Wholesale Accounts are encouraged to use Emilia Rae Jewellery's marketing materials for promotion.
• Any independent marketing campaigns using Emilia Rae Jewellery products must be approved in advance. Please contact wholesale@emiliarae.co.uk for permission
• Selling Emilia Rae Jewellery on websites such as Etsy, Amazon, Not on the High Street, ebay is not permitted. 

These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between Emilia Rae Jewellery and the Wholesale Account. By placing an order, the Wholesale Account acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms.
